Yes, once your order has been completed, your tracking information will be emailed to you on your order confirmation.

Yes, if you are a resident within the UK. Available on orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday, please select Next Day Delivery at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your parcel. If your order has not been dispatched, please complete the Contact Us form and attach your order number and we will try our best to help

Yes, we offer free standard UK shipping on all orders.

We want you to love your Cultured products, but, if you are not completely satisfied, please ensure your products are unused & unopened, then fill out the Contact Us form within 30 days of your purchase.

We know that you might need a bit more time over the holiday period, so we have extended this to 60 days for online orders placed between 7th November to 31st December 2024. 

Order & Payments

In the rare occasion that you have not received your order after 5 working days, please let us know using the Contact Us form.

We currently accept all major credit and debit card providers, in addition to Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

If an order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Us form.

If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. We are not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

Once we have received your order, please allow a maximum of 10 days for your refund to be processed.
