Refund policy
If you’d like to return an item from your Cultured Biomecare order, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept returns within 30 days of ordering from our website.
Please make sure you quote your online order number when contacting us. To start a return, you can contact us via our Contact Us form or email hello@culturedbiomecare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Make sure you keep a copy of your Royal Mail receipt with tracking code, as proof that you’ve sent the return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
For products within a bundle or multipack, you must return all items within the product.
For returns of products purchased through an official retailer, they must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.
Damages and issues
Check your order for damages or defects upon delivery and contact us immediately if something is wrong and we’ll sort out the problem
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once the refund is approved, we’ll activate the refund from our bank account, you’ll receive a notification once this has happened but it might be a few days before the balance appears in your account. If it takes any longer than 10 days, please contact your bank.
